The 12th Czech Republic National Exctrivation Challenge, featuring international participants, has kicked off in Chomutov. Over the course of two days of competition, professional firefighters from the Czech Republic, Comapany fire and rescue services and international teams will put their skills to the test.
Day 1 of the competition – 8 October 2026
The Czech Republic National Exctrivation Challenge
The first day of the competition was dedicated to professional firefighters from the Czech Fire and Rescue Service, who tested their skills in extricating people from crashed vehicles. The competing teams had to demonstrate not only their specialist knowledge and technical skills, but also their speed, precision and teamwork.

The two best teams will also take part in the second day of the competition, where they will compete against international teams and Company fire and rescue services.

International Competition in the Czech Republic National Exctrivation Challenge
On Friday 9 October, the championship will continue with an international competition featuring the two best Czech teams alongside international teams and teams from company fire and rescue services.
