Materials to Be Submitted for the Presentation of Teams Participating in the 12th National Extrication Challenge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We kindly ask you to provide the following information, photographs, and short video clips for the preparation of team presentations and materials for the event moderators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please send all materials as a single file via www.uschovna.cz<\/a> by 30 September 2026 to<\/strong> lucie.vyskrabkova@hzscr.cz<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the submitted materials will be used in a video presentation, please send them as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Information about the Team<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n

Please compile all requested written information into a single Word document (DOCX).<\/strong> Please ensure that the content is clear, well-organised, and complete, following the points listed below.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • team name (Regional Fire Rescue Service, fire station),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • year the team was established (if applicable),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • how long the team has been participating in vehicle extrication competitions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the team\u2019s major achievements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • a brief description of the team\u2019s most challenging vehicle extrication incident,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • number of road traffic accident responses carried out by the fire and rescue unit in 2025, including the number of injured and rescued persons,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • total number of interventions carried out by the fire and rescue unit in 2025,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Information about Team Members<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • length of service with the Fire Rescue Service,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • number of extrication competitions attended,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • most significant professional or competition achievement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • one interesting personal fact (in one sentence).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Photographs<\/strong> and Video Footage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Please provide photographs in their original size and the highest available quality, without resizing or compression. Photographs and video footage in<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> landscape (horizontal) format are preferred. <\/strong> <\/strong>Please do not insert photographs into the Word document. Instead, submit them as separate image files.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      Please provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • a group photograph of the team in protective clothing, taken in front of the fire station or with the team\u2019s vehicles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • a portrait of each team member in protective clothing \u2013 both with and without a helmet,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • a photograph of the fire station,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • if available, photographs from emergency incidents, training exercises, or previous competitions are also welcome Video Footage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Please provide individual video clips of no more than 20 seconds <\/strong>each. Drone footage may also be included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • footage of the city,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • footage of the fire station,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • if available, footage from emergency incidents, training exercises, or previous competitions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • footage showing team members, for example, at the fire station wearing their regular service uniforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          4. Additional Information for the Moderators<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          This section is optional and is intended to provide additional material for the event moderators. <\/strong> <\/strong>There is no need to answer all of the questions. We are particularly interested in interesting facts, personal insights, and information that will help the moderators introduce your team to the audience and add personality and variety to their commentary during the competition.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
